Shipping Policy

We currently ship exclusively within the European Union. All our products are shipped with DHL to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Shipping Costs

  • Germany: Free shipping
  • EU countries: Flat rate €9.00

Shipping costs are transparently displayed at checkout.

Returns

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer – both within Germany and other EU countries.

The costs are calculated automatically when generating the return label via our returns portal. Alternatively, the return can be handled using a shipping provider of your choice.

Delivery Times

  • Within Germany: 2–4 business days
  • Within the EU: 5–8 business days

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
