If something doesn’t fit or you’ve changed your mind – no problem. Here you’ll find everything you need to know about returns, cancellations, and exchanges.
Right of Withdrawal (for deliveries within the European Union)
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply notify us – for example, by email to customercare@lobokids.com or via our returns portal. You may use the sample form below, but it is not mandatory.
Conditions for Returns
Please return items in unworn, unused condition with original tags and – if possible – in the original packaging.
We also require proof of purchase or an order confirmation.

Please do not return any items before registering your return or cancellation with us. Unregistered returns cannot be processed.
Important: If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address information, refusal of acceptance, or failure to collect it from a pickup location, we reserve the right to pass on the return fee of €4.00 charged by DHL.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please register your request via our returns portal.
If the desired item is available and your return meets our return policy, we’ll be happy to send you the replacement item.
Alternatively, you can place a new order for the item.
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following items:
• Custom-made or personalized items • Hygiene products or sealed items if the seal was removed after delivery
Please note: Discounted items (e.g., from a sale) can also be cancelled unless a legal exception applies.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days using your original payment method.
Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
