We’re happy you chose to shop at Lobo Kids.
If something doesn’t fit or you’ve simply changed your mind – no problem. Here you’ll find all information about returns, withdrawal, and exchanges.
Right of Withdrawal (for deliveries within the European Union)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a person designated by you (who is not the carrier) received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply send us an informal message, for example by e-mail to customercare@lobokids.com or via our returns portal. You can also use the withdrawal form at the bottom of this page – however, this is not mandatory.
Conditions for a Return
Please return items in unused, unworn condition, with original tags attached and – if possible – in the original packaging.
We also need the purchase receipt or your order confirmation.

Please do not return any items before registering your return or withdrawal with us. Unregistered returns cannot be processed.
Important: If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up the parcel, we reserve the right to pass on the return shipping fee of €4.00 (DHL return costs) to you.
Exchange
If you would like to exchange an item, please register this through our returns portal.
If the desired item is available and the return meets our return conditions, we will gladly send you the replacement item.
Alternatively, you may place a new order for the desired item.
Exclusions from Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following items:
• Custom-made or personalised items • Hygiene-sensitive or sealed items if the seal has been removed after delivery
Please note: Reduced items (e.g., sale products) can generally be withdrawn as well, unless a legal exception applies.
Refunds
As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval.
If approved, the refund will be issued within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take a few additional days before the refunded amount becomes visible in your account.
