How can I pay at Lobo Kids?

You can conveniently pay with PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Klarna. So you're sure to find the right payment method for you.

Shipping & Delivery

Which countries does Lobo Kids ship to?

We currently send to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden.

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free of charge within Germany.

For international orders, we charge a flat rate of €9.00 (including VAT).

How long does delivery take?

Your order will reach you in 2–4 days within Germany and within 5–8 days for other countries. You can track your package's progress at any time using your personal tracking code.

Can I change my delivery address later?

As long as your package has not yet left our warehouse, we will be happy to adjust the delivery address for you.
Please note that this is unfortunately no longer possible for PayPal payments after the order has been completed.

Can I exchange an item?

Of course, if a size or color doesn't fit, we'll be happy to exchange your item, provided the desired version is available. Alternatively, you can place a new order.

How long do I have to return or exchange an item?

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return or exchange.

Who bears the return costs?

Returns within Germany currently cost €6.19 (plus VAT). This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that we only pass on the actual costs of our logistics partner.

For international returns, we use the DHL “Self-Pay Returns” service. This involves adding a pre-filled label to the shipment, which you pay for on-site.

Why do I have to pay the return shipping costs myself?

We have consciously decided against free returns in order to set an example of more conscious consumption and greater environmental awareness together with you – as parents.

Therefore, please use our size charts before ordering to avoid unnecessary returns.

When will I receive my refund?

After receiving and quality checking your return, we will refund the amount to the original payment method within 14 days at the latest.

What sustainable measures does Lobo Kids take?

Our collections are made in Portugal, using GOTS-certified organic cotton, among other materials. We focus on fair working conditions, short transport routes, and virtually plastic-free packaging. Our elegant Lobo Kids Box can be reused sustainably — for example, as a keepsake box for family photos.

Does Lobo Kids support social projects?

Lobo Kids not only wants to be a brand for high-quality children's fashion that tells family stories, but also supports children who don't grow up in a loving family. With every order, we can provide hope and security together with selected organizations, because every child has the right to a happy life.

What materials do you use?

We only use high-quality, certified fabrics that feel pleasant and meet the highest standards of quality and skin compatibility.

How do I best care for the clothes?

For long-lasting enjoyment of our pieces, we recommend handwashing or machine washing at 30 °C. Please avoid tumble drying to preserve their exceptional quality.

Where are the products manufactured?

Our collections are manufactured exclusively in Portugal – where craftsmanship and sustainable production meet at the highest level.

Are your fabrics certified?

Yes, some fabrics used are GOTS-certified and therefore meet the strictest ecological and social criteria.

What sizes do you offer?

Our collections are currently available in sizes 98–116.

How do I find the right size?

You can find all measurements on the respective product pages. Our size chart will help you find the perfect fit for your child and avoid unnecessary returns.
